Volunteer Bookings
Once you have been confirmed and accepted to volunteer on to our program by either Rady, you can use the button below to pay for your stay and finalize your booking at CESHEO. You do not need an account to complete the payment, you can pay with a debit or credit card, like any normal online transaction.
As we use a charity account with PayPal, the payment screen will sometimes display the word "donation", but providing you have used the link below to pay, your payment will be processed as a volunteer booking. Your volunteer fee only covers enough for your accommodation, food and living costs and does not include a donation to the school. If you'd like to donate to the schools, please use the donate link on the website homepage instead.
If you are not booking immediately after being accepted, it's best to reconfirm availability before paying as we receive new bookings every hour and availability is always subject to change. Bookings are on a first come, first serve basis and there are often many people wanting to book for the same period so please be sure to check. The length of stay and room type you decide on is subject to your booking and may not be extended or upgraded during your stay unless agreed otherwise. No refunds can be provided on any bookings.
